Kazan international airport switches to summer season
During SUMMER season 2018, the following regular and charter flights will be carried out from Kazan international airport.
As for domestic destinations, S7 Airlines starts passenger operations to Novosibirsk, the flights will be carried out from June 3 to October 24 on Wednesdays and Sundays on 78 seats Embraer airliners. Utair opens the route Kazan – Volgograd – Sochi at the beginning of May.
Tatarstan carrier, UVT Aero has expanded destinations, adding Krasnoyarsk to the route Kazan – Tomsk. The flights Kazan – Tomsk –Krasnoyarsk will be performed preliminary until first half of July.
As usual, the route Kazan – Moscow is in great demand: regular flights will be performed by Aeroflot, S7, Utair, Rossiya and Nordwind Airlines.
According to the current information, 3 departures are planned to Anapa by Pobeda Airlines this summer, 2 departures a week to Sochi by UVT Aero and more than 10 flights a week (depending on month) to Simferopol and Sochi destinations will be carried out by different air carriers.
Among international destinations, first of all, it is necessary to mention new international partners of Kazan airport and direct flights to Minsk and Tbilisi.
The flights to the capital of Belorussia will be launched by Belavia on 27th of April (the largest air carrier of the Republic of Belarus, performing regular flights to 47 airports and 26 countries of Europe and Asia), the flights will be carried out 4 times a week on modern airliner of Emraer family.
Flights to Georgian Tbilisi have already been opened by Georgian Airways with departures on Mondays and Fridays. From April 25, it is planned to increase the frequency of flights – it will be possible to go to Georgia from Kazan on Wednesdays as well.
UVT Aero as well provides an additional opportunity to visit Georgia for residents of Tatarstan and the nearest regions. Starting in June, flights to Batumi will be launched with 2 times a week frequency.
Air Astana in addition to its flights to Almaty opens flight program to Astana. At the same time, another Kazakhstan carrier, SCAT Airlines, increases the frequency of flights to this destination up to 3 flights a week.
New flights are being opened to Tashkent and Dushanbe – Nordwind Airlines plans the flights with 2 times a week frequency on 220-seat Airbus A321.
Another high profile event during SUMMER- season 2018 is the anticipated opening of a flight to Italian Bologna by Ural Airlines. For the flights will be used 160-seat aircrafts of the Airbus family.
It should be noted that this summer Tatarstan citizens will be offered even more options to choose the most suitable resort destination.
Thus, Atlas Global adds 4 departures a week to Dalaman airport. Onur Air opens a new destination – flights to Gazipasa airport, which is 45 kilometers away from Alanya resort.
The summer schedule is valid from March 25 to October 27, 2018 inclusive.
