Kazan international airport has switched to Winter schedule
Starting from October 28, air transportation is carried out according to the winter schedule, which includes the following domestic and international flights.
UVT Aero actively continues developing its route map. In the winter navigation season the air carrier continues performing the flights to Makhachkala, Saint Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Voronezh, Surgut, Tomsk, Novy Urengoy and Noyabrsk. In addition, starting from November 2, the carrier will begin the flight programme to such destinations as Belgorod, Tyumen and Omsk.
Azimuth Airlines opens Winter season with the new flights to Krasnodar, which will be performed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
S7 Airlines, which began performing flights to Novosibirsk on June this year, will continue performing the flights to this destination in Winter season.
Pobeda Airlines also prolongs the flight programme Kazan – Mineralnye Vody started in September with the flights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Alrosa Airlines opens the flights to Moscow and Saint Petersburg. Nordavia, already performing daily flights to the north capital, has planned some additional flights during November and New Year holidays.
Thus, the quantity of flights is increasing on the important for the Tatarstan Republic domestic destinations. On the average there will be performed about 19-20 flights per day on the destination Kazan – Moscow, that is more in comparison with the rates of previous years.
It is worth mentioning the increase of flight frequency to UAE (the United Arab Emirates) on international destination. Apart from the 4 regular flights performed by flydubai per week, the extensive flight programme to Dubai and Sharjah has been planned by AZUR air and Royal Flight for the whole Winter period.
30 tourist flights are being planned to Goa, which will be performed by AZUR air and Royal Flight.
Nordwind airlines will perform some flights to Krabi, Thailand in November. The flights to Utapao (Pattaya), Phuket and Cam Ranh will be as usual also included to the winter schedule.
During New Year holidays from Kazan international airport there will be performed direct charter flights to Grenoble, France.
A new development of Winter season 2018-2019 is the flight programme Kazan – Tbilisi, which was opened by Georgian Airways in spring this year with regular flights 3 times a week. Another air carrier of Pobeda Airlines is also planning to begin performing flights twice a week.
Belavia and Air Astana continue performing direct regular flights from Kazan to Minsk and Astana accordingly (the flights were opened in Summer season). In addition, the work on the increase of flight frequency to 4 times a week to the capital of Kazakhstan is in progress.
Ural Airlines starts performing flights to Osh, the Kyrgyz Republic. This is a new flight of the airline during Winter season.
Direct tourist flights to Hainan island, China are also new for Winter season. IrAero carries out the flight programme on Boeing 777-200ER with the capacity of 374 seats.
