Kazan international airport switched to winter schedule: the new flights are planned opening
Starting with October 27th, air transportation is carried out according to winter schedule that includes the new domestic and international flights.
The most important news in the destination network of Kazan airport is the launch of the regular flights of the largest low-cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe to Wizz Air to the capital of Hungary, Budapest. Starting with October 30th, the new air communication is opening and will be performed on Wednesdays and Saturdays on the aircrafts Airbus A320.
AZUR air will launch the first direct nonstop transatlantic flight in the history of the Civil aviation of the Republic of Tatarstan: the new route Kazan-La Romana (Dominican Republic) will be available to the tourists from 1 November once every 14 days. Declared type of aircraft is Boeing-777-300 capacity more than 520 passengers it is the most comfortable of long- range aircrafts in the carrier’s fleet which has two classes of service – business and economic.
Ural Airlines will open the winter season with the new flights to Chinese Harbin with an intermediate stop in Yekaterinburg where passengers will be pass customs and border procedures. The departures are performed on Sundays.
Also the new that the winter navigation season is the extensive flight program for flights to Turkish Antalya: will be performed the flights the various dates to operate by Ural airlines, Royal Flight, AZUR air, Pegas Fly and Red Wings.
It is necessary to note that the flights to Istanbul are increase. On the period from November to March, the charter tourist flights are planned that will be performed by Red Wings, besides 5 regular flights from Turkish Airlines a per week.
Flydubai performs the regular flights on the route Kazan-Dubai. The charter tourist flights performed by AZUR air, Royal Flight, Ural Airlines and the new carrier Nordwind Airlines on this route. Thus, the number of companies serving this popular route is increase in winter season.
In addition, the schedule traditionally presents winter tourist destinations: Saniya (China), U-Tapao (Pattaya), Phuket, Kamran and GOA.
Yakutia opened a new flight to the cold Pole of the Northern hemisphere – in Yakutsk the departure on Sundays with an intermediate stop in Yekaterinburg.
UVT AERO continues to develop the destination network. For the first time the flights to Gelendzhik will be performed in winter season and from 29 October carrier will start the flight program on the new destination to Cherepovets. A total in the beginning navigation season UVT AERO will perform the flights to Kaliningrad, Astrakhan, Makhachkala, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Perm, Surgut, Novy Urengoy, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, Usinsk, Nizhnevartovsk, Tomsk, Zhukovsky, Volgograd, Barnaul, Khanty-Mansisk and Krasnoyarsk (intermediate stop in Chelyabinsk or Khanty-Mansisk).
Pobeda finished the extensive flight program for the spring-summer navigation season; this winter performs flights to Sochi, Moscow (Vnukovo) and Saint Petersburg.

Winter 2019-2020, it will be possible to fly to Simferopol with Ural airlines. Rossiya Airlines and Azimuth will be continue performing the flights to Sochi and Krasnodar.
