The new flight from Kazan: AZUR air performed the first transatlantic flight in the history of Tatarstan
On 1 November, AZUR launched the nonstop flights from Kazan to Dominican Republic, airport La Romana. The flights will be performed from the capital of Tatarstan on the aircrafts Boeing 777- 300ER, flagship in air company park, on the regular basis of once per 2 weeks.
Performed the first direct transatlantic flight in the history of the Republic of Tatarstan– the loading of flight was 100%. Opening the flight program on the route Kazan – La Romana will allow to comfortably reach to the residents of our republic and the nearest regions to the Caribbean islands, without performing tiring transfers, - noted Sergey Romatsov, Director General of Kazan international airport.

There is no doubt that terminal infrastructure of Kazan international airport will allow to pass all prefights procedures quickly and easily. Regarding aircraft, the renewed cabins will be waited passengers and comfortable seats on the board of Boeing 777-300ER where in seatbacks are installed individual monitor of the entertainment system», says Jury Stogniy, Director General of AZUR air.
Hot meals and drinks are included in assortment on the flights. In addition, airline are provided to passengers to the personal travel kits, including earplugs, flight pillow and sleep mask upon departure from Russia.
On all flights which performed on the aircrafts Boeing 777-300ER, AZUR air offers a business class. The business class fare includes priority preflight procedures and visits to the business lounge at the airport of departure and improved service on the board.
Seat upgrade is possible on the check-in desk if there are free seats in cabin.
