Kazan international airport has switched to winter schedule
The winter flight schedule begins from 31st of October 2021 and will run until 26th of March 2022, which includes new international and domestic flights.
The Egyptian resorts offers the extensive program flights to citizens of Tatarstan and the surrounding regions, including both regular and charter flights. Aeroflot, Russia, Siberia (S7), Royal Flight, AZUR air, Red Wings and Nordwind Airlines plan to operate to Hurgada and Sharm-el-Sheikh.
Special mention should be made of this year's new foreign partner Air Cairo, which will also operate regular flights to both destinations.
Ural airlines, Royal Flight, AZUR air, flydubai and Aeroflot, which is new airline for this destination, will offer flights to Sharjah and Dubai in the winter schedule.
Flights to Minsk will be served by Belavia two times a week. Work is underway to increase the number of flights to Budapest by Wizz Air.
La-Romana and Punta-Cana are presented as transatlantic routes until March of winter schedule. There will be flights in the figures; it will be three times a month in average.
Turkish destinations save its high demand at the Kazan airport. Istanbul saves raising numbers of flights by Turkish Airlines, Nordwind Airlines and Pobeda. The Antalya route is presented by Royal Flight, Nordwind Airlines, AZUR air, Red Wings and also Ural airlines.
A serious development of Kazan Airport's route network is also expected at the expense of flights to the CIS countries, including thanks to the airport's new foreign partners. For example, the Kazakh airline Qazaq Air continues to develop the Aktobe – Kazan – Aktobe route.
Domestic (federal) flights
This winter for the first time Aeroflot will operate flights to Sochi and Simferopol from Kazan, it will be served 5 and 3 times per week respectively. Pobeda, Uvt aero, Nordwind Airlines, Red Wings and Pegas Fly will also fly there.
Pegas Fly opens new route to Grozny from Kazan in January.
Nordwind Airlines is raising the numbers of its flights to Kaliningrad in the winter schedule to a total of 3 times a week. Rusline will also service this route (with intermediate landing in Bryansk).
On average, the Kazan-Moscow route will have around 20-25 flights a day during the winter season (depending on the particular month), which is higher than in previous years.
