Kazan airport: new website and online-store of branded goods


Kazan International Airport has launched a new version of website, which is available here. An extensive analysis of user behaviour scenarios was taken place during web development. The website has a modern and intuitive layout. Moreover, the design of the site allows for rapid reconfiguration of pages according to the needs of service users in the future.

Mobile First is a tool, which provides of working website from mobile apps conveniently.

As is well known, the amount of contacts between people is of importance in pandemic conditions. Therefore, a variety of services and software products were integrated into the renew website, allowing for services that minimize direct contact with airport staff or between passengers.

In the first phase, users are offered following interactive services:

·       reliable and secure online airline ticket purchase service;

·       reservation of VIP services (business lounges);

·       online assistant, providing a prompt answer to a question asked;

·       3D tour of airport terminals.

Special attention should be paid to the airport's online store, which provides users with a line of branded goods for travellers and aviation enthusiasts. Advanced design solutions were applied while developing the goods.

Kazan Airport continues to work on developing interactive services. For example, in the future it is planned to introduce the possibility of online payment for parking not only through a mobile app, but also through the website. And also the possibility to request special assistance for passengers with reduced mobility.
